Margaret Hynds O’Flanagan appointed interim CEO of CORU

CORU has announced that former Deputy Registrar and Head of Recognition Margaret Hynds O'Flanagan will act as interim CEO/Registrar while it recruits a permanent CEO. The appointment follows Ginny Hanrahan's retirement. Ginny has led the organisation since its establishment in 2008.

David Hewlett, FODO director of leadership, transformation and strategic partnerships, said: "We warmly congratulate Ginny on her well-deserved retirement and Margaret on her new role. FODO Ireland has worked with Margaret and Ginny over many years, and we know that CORU, the Board and registrants are in safe hands. We look forward to continuing to work with Margaret and her colleagues on regulatory, education and workforce issues."
