If you have a complaint about your experience with FODO Ireland or any aspect of our service, please email it to [email protected]. Your complaint will be forwarded to a member of the Executive team for consideration. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving your email and aim to reply to it within 14 working days. If we need longer to address your complaint, we will let you know.
