As a member you benefit from access to commercial legal advice provided by ARAG.

• Advice can be provided over the phone on any commercial legal problem affecting your business, under the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
• Wherever possible the Commercial Legal Advice helpline aims to provide immediate advice from a qualified legal adviser However if this is not possible, they will arrange a call back at a time to suit your member.
• Advice on the laws of the Republic of Ireland can be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Where advice is sought on an area of law beyond this jurisdiction or in respect of very specialist matters, ARAG will refer you to a specialist adviser.
• Specialist advice is provided 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. If you call outside these times, a message will be taken and a return call arranged within the operating hours.
