FODO Ireland workforce survey - let us have your views for a chance to win €100 Amazon vouchers
As a democratic organisation, we're running a survey to assess current eye care practices and what the future might hold. As we plan and make a case for improvements on your behalf, we need to know your views.
Our survey is for optical practice owners, optometrists, dispensing opticians, student optometrists and student dispensing opticians. It asks about you - what you do and when, your capacity, your plans, and your views on key national policy areas.
We want to hear from all parts of the sector and FODO Ireland members - the survey is open to all. So please share widely with your colleagues; the more responses we receive, the richer our analysis will be and the more representative.
The survey is anonymous, should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and will be open for three weeks (closing at midnight on 31 October).
We're running a free prize draw to win €100 of Amazon vouchers, so be sure to enter your details on the last page before clicking done. The prize draw is entirely separate from the survey, and there is no possibility of identifying respondents' responses from draw entries.

Thank you in advance for completing the survey and letting us have your views.
