End of year message from CORU

CORU has published an end of year message from CEO Ginny Hanrahan looking back on the challenges of 2021 and forward to a new strategy starting in January 2022.

Ms Hanrahan paid tribute to CORU registrants for "their selfless commitment throughout 2021" and to the CORU team's steadfast professionalism and commitment. CORU developed and improved its communications during the year and protected the public through virtual fitness to practise hearings, CPD, and CPD audits.

As it enters 2022 with 23,000 health and social care professionals on its register, Ms Hanrahan expects CORU's "huge growth" to continue as it begins implementing its Statement of Strategy.
