FODO Ireland member update - Cyberattack

Following our last update on 1 June, we have continued to work with AOI colleagues on solutions for practices, practitioners and patients and to press HSE for action on your behalf.
 
HSE colleagues remain inundated with queries and have reassured us that they are actively working to get approval to switch an external system back on and will let us know as soon as they have an update.

They are also looking at extending the deadline for online processing this month but have informed us that this will depend on when they can can get back into the system.  The current plan is that if no access is possible then HSE will look to issue payments on account for those unable to process claims.
