Urgent - vaccination update - Galway, Mayo and Roscommon

In our last vaccination update on Friday 26 February, we advised that other CHO areas might follow the example of CHO 5 in operating a manual system to resolve the issues members have been experiencing in registering for vaccination via the HSE portal.

This is now the case for CHO Area 2 – Galway, Mayo and Roscommon – which has asked for one collated sector response so that no-one is missed off. 

We have agreed that AOI colleagues will collate this response for the sector. Unfortunately the deadline is very tight and data have to be submitted by midday Thursday 4 March.

Could FODO Ireland members therefore please ensure all eligible team members who practise in Counties Galway, Mayo and Roscommon, including those who are temporarily out of the practice, complete the survey at the bottom of the page here by midday tomorrow.

This information will then be collated and submitted to CHO 2 .

All data submitted will be handled securely by the AOI.
